Pairings with Purpose

I'm Amy Soquet, the founder of Divine Beer Pairings, where I bring together the rich flavors of craft beer and gourmet cuisine to create memorable tasting experiences rooted in connection and indulgence.

I've been working in the craft beer industry since 2020, but my passion for beer and food goes back even further. Growing up in Wisconsin, beer and cheese have always been part of my cultural DNA. That deep-rooted appreciation was rekindled when I attended my first beer and cheese pairing event in Paris—a moment that lit the spark for what would become Divine Beer Pairings.

My journey has taken me around the world in search of flavor and knowledge. I traveled to Sydney, Australia to take the Cicerone® off-flavor exam, and explored the vibrant craft beer scene in Noosa, Queensland—known as the craft beer capital of Australia.

With a background in event marketing and extensive training through the Cicerone® program—including passing the BeerSavvy® and Off-Flavor training courses—I curate unique pairings that highlight the best of Wisconsin's local breweries and artisanal food producers.

Today, whether I’m curating a pairing menu for a local brewery or hosting an intimate private tasting, my mission is simple: to help people slow down, savor the moment, and discover the divine in every sip and bite.
