We’re teaming up with the wood-fired pizza masters at Knuth Brewing Co. to bring you handcrafted wood-fired pizzas fresh from the fire perfectly paired with Knuth Brewing Co. craft beers.  

All of Knuth's pizzas are baked in their wood fired oven using scratch made dough with only 5 natural ingredients, no preservatives and freshly shredded mozzarella cheese with just a hint of buffalo milk for extra creaminess. Whether you're a pizza lover or beer adventurer, your tastebuds are in for a celebration.

Amy Soquet, Event Host, of Divine Beer Pairings will walk you through a pairing of 3 artisan wood-fired pizza slices + dessert with 4 hand-selected craft brews. Learn how malt sweetness balances spicy toppings, how hops enhance smoky char, and how fermentation flavors dance with bubbling mozzarella and umami-rich sauces. Whether you're new to craft beer or a seasoned taster, you’ll leave with a deeper appreciation for both brewing and culinary craftsmanship.

Alexander Pilsner + Margherita Pizza: Classic Italian pizza wood-fired Neapolitan-style dough crust, fresh tomatoes, mozzarella cheese with just a hint of buffalo milk, organic basil giving a fragrant, herbaceous finish, drizzled with olive oil.

Worker's Mild Brown Ale + Greek Pizza: Mediterranean-inspired delight, this pizza is topped with fresh spinach, tender roasted red peppers, earthy portabella mushrooms, and a mix of kalamata and black olives. Red onions add a subtle bite, while a blend of creamy mozzarella and tangy feta cheeses.


Coffee Stout + Blue Fungi with Prosciutto Pizza: Gourmet, wood-fired creation that celebrates the rich, earthy flavors of portabella mushrooms, prosciutto, roasted red peppers, caramelized onions, and mozzarella and gorgonzola cheeses.

Citra Spice IPA + Wood-fired Carrot Cake: Elevating the classic carrot cake by baking it in Knuth's authentic wood-fired oven, infusing it with a subtle smoky flavor that enhances its natural sweetness. This moist, spiced cake is complemented by a velvety cream cheese frosting, creating a delightful contrast between the warm, slightly caramelized exterior and the rich, creamy interior.
